Jatin Seth is the Founder and Chief Executive of Reveniva Consulting, a boutique Supply chain and Operations excellence firm.
Jatin has 21 years of Supply chain and Operations experience in ICI paints ( Now Akzo Nobel),Perfetti Van Melle, 3M, Dr. Reddy’s , Sandoz and Aurobindo pharma. Jatin is a certified six sigma black belt- DMAIC. He has worked extensively in Demand and Supply Planning, Procurement and Strategic Sourcing . Domestic and International Logistics , Contract Manufacturing and productivity improvements in Manufacturing.
In this working career , he has worked extensively with Mckinsey, BCG, Genio, PWC, St. Onge, Goldratt Consulting on various supply chain and Operational excellence projects.
Jatin is based out of Mumbai India . He holds Bachelor of Mechanical engineering from Jamia Millia Delhi and PGDM from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research Mumbai.
Our Services methodology starts with assessing the as is process across supply chain. We develop concepts that define the integrated supply chain. Upon these concepts and diagnosis, we plan, design and implement network structures, superior processes and sustainable solutions and policies. Some of the methods used in assignments are lean six sigma and Theory of constraints.
